*Pasture: The pasture that borders Stonewall Creek is the other acre of our property. The neighbors horses, Major & Pearl and donkeys, Mini Me & Jenny are free to graze in our pasture too. They might like a pat on the head but only feed them with permission. The donkeys will chase and kick dogs who enter the pasture, it's their job to keep the pasture safe, so keep your furry family members safe and out of the pasture.
*FYI .. The cabin is located in a rural forest area. We share the neighborhood with all sorts of animals like deer, raccoons, opossums, snakes, scorpions, coyotes and bears. Please keep pets leashed, indoors or safe on the porch. Also it's best not to leave any garbage outside, unless it's secured in the container behind the parking lot shed. It's all part of the country life, be safe and enjoy .. ; )
**Keeping your furry family members safe! Read these important rules. Thank you.
Please keep your dogs inside the fenced area or on a leash when walking on the property. Our wonderful neighbors on both sides are permanent residents and have dogs that are free to run on their properties one fenced and one unfenced. If they were to notice a strange dog in their neighborhood they might come to investigate. Although they are super friendly dogs we would like to avoid any possible issues that might arise. If you happen to meet the neighbors and your dogs become friendly, well that would be ideal for all. Last but not least, we back up to the Chattahoochee National Forest and your beloved pet could get lost in the woods. As long as your furry family members are well supervised and leashed when outside the gate there should be no problems. Stay safe and enjoy the country life!
